Right, I ran into this and found the following worked. I believe KrzychuG is correct in his thinking. It is relevant to all the C modules that linux utilises. If you have redhat 9 (which i do) do the following:<br><br>rpm -e gcc cpp<br>rpm -e glibc-kernheaders glibc-devel<br><br>up2date -u gcc cpp glibc-kernheaders glibc-devel<br><br>Basically the above 3 commands will remove the C libraries and the integrated glibc libraries and replace them again with fresh ones from up2date <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.eggheads.org/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":-)" title="Smile"><br><br>Jim<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.eggheads.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=6451">22hosting</a> — Fri Jul 08, 2005 12:42 am</p><hr />

It means you should <span style="text-decoration:underline">read</span> the log created in your eggdrop's log directory named <em class="text-italics">'config.log'</em>.
