Looks like bot is connected to server.Copy info from .status command...

Type:

/msg botnick hello
(after you've restarted it!)

Then set your password.
/msg botnick pass mypasswrod

Then DCC it!

You are loading the channel module in your configuration file?

Then telnet and login to bot and type .jump your.irc.server and look what bot will say

check you userfile & confs...
80% of eggdrop problems are bad configurations...
be carefully with your configuration.
