Undernet Chat Channel prob ; bots may help

My problem with my Undernet chat channel is non-chatting guests. At one time in #philosophy, now under new mgmt. Every guest trying to join the channel was taken to the bots website where this chatting requirement was explained. When I agreed I typed !agree & was in #philosophy. Any help pls. as I can find this sytem nowhere:((
