Kline when someone joins 3 specific channels

What you can do here is:

[1] Bind join to whois a user.
[2] Whois users when they join a channel where the bot is on.
[3] Bind another raw to the whois field.
[4] Check which channels the user is on by string matching or lsearch.
[5] If the user is on all the channels you have defined go ahead and kline him/her.

I have listed the procedure how this will work.
Sorry I am currently in no mood to script this at the moment, so you have to give it a try yourself or ask someone who is willing to lend you a hand!

Could anybody write a tcl script that when someone joins channels:

#chan1
#chan2
#chan3
etc

To kline him?

The eggdrop is an irc oper with privileges to kline.
