Eggdrop compile! (make)

Are you using an old version of Eggdrop? "make eggdrop" is for the module build, and "make static" is for the non module build in 1.6.x. A module build means you can load and unload parts of the bot that you need or dont need without recompiling.

You must type "make eggdrop" for the non-module version, or
type make eggmod for the module version.

What´s the diference in: non-module version into module version ?
