let say the user P has op access in 2 channels #X and #y
i set him .chattr P +o #X
i set him .chattr P +o #y

laterhow i want to unset his access on #y so he is restricted from usin commands in that channel. how do I do that?

Suppose I set P global Access and later set .chattr P +o #Z Does this mean his Global acess is removed and and is set to #z only ?
