OK, I got the bot up and running...it was a simple issue of moving the LoadModule commands to the top of the config file.  This may only be something that occurs in Mandrake Linux 10 but what a pain!! You can add WhatNET.Services as a global friend and that will stop the ignores. I've gotten that part worked out...this is the problem now.
