PRIVMSG #chan :test?

cuz you had chan: test? - which is wrong

where it says bot command arg, you need to have nick uhost.

What are you trying to do exactly?

Isn't this suppose to react if I use
.tcl putbot the_bot_running_the_tcl "htd.net something something whatever"
from a bot in the botnet?
