At the moment, there's nothing in netbots.tcl that occurs to me as being a possible cause.

I assume you disabled unbanning by setting -dynamicbans in the config file. Use .chaninfo #chan to make sure it's still as you set it.
Statistics: Posted by slennox — Wed Jun 09, 2004 3:50 pm

I have a mild problem...

I just rebuilt my botnet with Eggdrop 1.6.16. In the config file, I specified for my bots to NOT unban bans automatically. Basically they need to wait for a user to do it manually.

I just put Netbots on my bots and realized that they are now unbanning bans about an hour after they are set if they are not sticky bans within my botnet. Therefore I'm assuming that it must be something within netbots that is causing it. Granted, I could be wrong, but I think that it is the most logical answer.

ie... if a person other than myself or my bots creates a ban, one hour later my botnet will remove the ban.

I MUST have missed something somewhere in netbots, but I can't figure out what it is.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Mrafrohead
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Tue Jun 08, 2004 9:00 pm
