"no password set" actualy means what it says.. "/msg botnick pass some_password" to set one then try that "/ctcp botnick chat"

well, tried that, now i've got this error:
[Arts ERROR reply]: no password set
i've already set my password with the "hello" cmd, what am i doing wrong?

my eggbot joined my channel, i've did the " /msg hello" and filled in my pass, but when i try to dcc chat with him, he doesn't reply to it, it freezes at :

Chat with Arts
Waiting for acknowledgement...

can someone help me with this

ps: i'm running the bot local
