No he isn't flooding the channel. when he does this
[ 03:46:30 ] [ Rock ] , he gets the correct answer and my bot then asks questions very fast and bot gets g-lined :/ for flooding the server

What is he doing, flooding channel?If answer is yes, then try this:

Try some anti flood script (http://www.egghelp.org/tcl.htm), or set your flood-chan to good values (.chanset #channel flood-chan 10:60 -> default) is good.

I have a trivia channel and user rock is doing that same thing every day and it makes my bot (rulet) quit
