The remote box is owned by me and has no limits on resources. It runs RedHat 9 and is an IBM Eserver with 1gig ram, 2x P3 1000 CPUs and has over 30 gig of space left on the HD.

The same box runs a 20 player cs server which ran without interuption and no system logs or program logs recorded anything other than the "Server got stoned; going for munchies..." and after i restarted the bots (touches wood) its not presented itself again.

Regards

Yan
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Fri May 21, 2004 12:06 pm

i run 3 eggdrop bots (ver 1.6.15) and all 3 dropped connections today and wouldnt rejoin channels.

The only error/log entry was this

"Server got stoned; going for munchies..."

and it was in all 3 bots logs.

I cant find any reference that explains what/why this happened and i can only assume that its not a good thing to happen.
(the bots dropping i mean, not getting stoned and going for munchies)

I may be wrong but im assuming that this is a rather "generic" help/error message rather than a specific error.

Does anyone know why this happend or what it actually means?

Regards

Yan
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Thu May 20, 2004 1:36 pm
