How do I connect to DCC chat without telnet and without connecting to the irc server first? If I connect to the irc server, disconnect, dcc chat is still working, but I couldn't figure out how to connect directly without connecting to the irc server first.

I know that this is not much use, since there is telnet, but just wondering.
