the isop bit i've done - it's changing the channel flag? i don't know how to do that bit :s

what do you mean i gues you are looking for isop check your documentation.. the docs that are included with your eggdrop.

I want any one who is op'd in a channel to be able to add/remove a custom flag to their channel

ie:

!relay on

and it gives the channel the +relaymsg flag
if it's already on, tells the person it already is

!relay off
removes the relaymsg flag
if it's already off, tells the person

Bits i'm not sure on; how to actually create the custom flag (if i need to?)
the TCL command to change the channel flags? :/
