Even though the global channel settings had +enforcebans set, the .chaninfo display showed -enforcebans

I set the mode through the bot, and it's honoring user bans.

If I have a channel that is set +i, and an op bans a user from their IRC client (and not using the bot), they get kicked by the bot.

But, it another user invites that banned user BACK into the channel, the bot doesn't care. The reason is that to the bot, the ban shows up as a non-bot placed ban.

So my question is, how do I get the bot to care about the non-bot placed bans?
