i didn't find anything in the tcl-archive or by searching in here.
need a script for channel protection with these funktions:
only master/owner may "manage" the channel.
for all others:
on op, deop user who gets op and user who opped;
on deop, reop user who gets deopt and deop user who deoped;
on kick, kick (or ban) user who kicked
on ban, ban him
on topic-change, deop user
maybe (or with seperate activation):
on textflood, ban him for 10-30 secs
on massjoin, lock channel for e.g. 15 secs
