I have read SEVERAL threads on this forum, done searches, and read the enhance.html page several times. I still cannot find anything to work for me!

I am running 2 different bots that are connecting to 2 different networks on the same machine. This machine is behind a firewall. I have "my set-ip" set to 192.168.1.xxx and have "my NAT-ip" commented out in config files for both bots. I am forwarding the listen ports for each bot thru firewall. I am also using 192.168.1.xxx for the address added to each bot's user list. This is the message from Hub when trying to link:

[02:28]Telnet connection: 192.168.1.xxx/43280
[02:28]Timeout/EOF ident connection
***Linked to BotB
***DIsconnected from: BotB. No Reason (lost 1 bot and 0 users)

I have a static IP and also tried setting the "my nat-ip" to my static address and commenting out "my set-ip". I then .chaddr and added the static ip to user list of both bots and i still get the same message. The bots will link for just a second, then disconnect for no reason!!

I have no idea what is causing this message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Tue Apr 27, 2004 3:34 am
