whenever i try to start eggdrop, i get the following error.

however, when the sysadmin does a

locate "libtcll.so.0"

it pops up as existing in /usr/lib/libtcl.so.0

someone said something about needing to point libs to somewhere where eggdrop can find them... but i dont understand what that means.
