I am running Red Hat Linux 8.0, i am trying to run an eggdrop bot off my linux server. I have a Linksys router and my linux box has a lan ip. I am trying to connect the eggdrop to the Quakenet network. I have installed and configured the bot but it just doesnt want to connect to irc. It doesnt tell me it hasnt connected to irc, when i got to /msg "botname" hello just says no such nickname so i am assuming that it isnt connected to the network. What do i need to do?
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Sat Apr 03, 2004 5:39 pm
