Dohh.. fixed the problem..
I found out that one of the bots did not have the set sb_canopany "bm|f" correct..
The only strange thing was that all the other bots did respond to that setting and deoped both users.. at least in the beginning.. When i tried now.. only one bot started deoping, so i located the problem

Well thanx annyway =)

Statistics: Posted by Guest — Fri Dec 28, 2001 2:02 pm

I duplicated your flag settings and wasn't able to reproduce the problem. The bots allowed my test channel +f user to op both a +o user and an unknown user (unless +bitch mode was enabled, in which case they only deopped the opped nick).

Paste the .whois for the person who is doing the opping and the person being opped (if a valid user), and also the two lines that appear for them in '.channel #channel'. Perhaps something can be deduced from that.
Statistics: Posted by slennox — Fri Dec 28, 2001 1:04 pm

Hi. Im running a +12 botnet whit netbots v. 4.05.
Heres my superbitch setting:
# superbitch.tcl settings
set nb_component(superbitch) 1
set sb_chans ""
set sb_canop "mo|mo"
set sb_canopflags "o|o"
set sb_canopany "bm|f"
set sb_remove 1
set sb_note ""
set sb_checkop 0

As i see it, any user with an |+f #channel flag should be able to give op to anyone. Instead they both the oper and the one getting op get deoped! Anny ideas?
I added one of the users as a bot (global b) and then it worked fine.. as if the |f #channel flag is ignored!

Thanx

Statistics: Posted by Guest — Fri Dec 28, 2001 11:17 am
