As it is, eggdrop allows channel owners to set their channels as they wish through the .chanset command. For more public commands, maybe try Stormbot.

well Im making so that my eggdrop will work like the botservice bots at qnet ,I want to add so channel owners can change channel settings and all that add users etc for only their channel in public or in pm but not on the partyline.
anyone got a script like this?
