my bot is eggdrop 1.6.15, placed on 'Other' net. the thing is, bot removes bans set by chanserv (chanserv doesnt join channels when ban), though settings of the channel are:

of course, bot leaves bans set by users.
bot does not use tcls or modules which remove bans at all, the only bind to 'mode' is made by stats mod.
changing of nodesynch did not help.
what the problem is?!
