1. His/her "eggi" is saying something in the channel, and he/she wants it to stop. This might be the "ops me because I'm lame" line. Check the conf and comment any of the lines that say this phrase, or just ops it.

2. He/she wants the eggdrop to send a message into the channel, either as a welcome notice or a greeting note. Check the tcl list for welcome notices, and for the greetings, look up for "info-line" in the conf.
