Tailing a Logfile

Is there a script I can look at which will follow a logfile, look for specific text, and spew out those specific lines to a channel?

Basically, I want to "tail" a logfile into a channel that has specific text.

Specifically, I want to spew out Unreal Tournament chat as it's written to the UT logfile from the UT server process.
