Hi, is it possible to change commands with bindings like;

.op <nick> <#channel>
to
.op <nick> <#channel> <password>

The <password> is somewhere in a binding.
Another question, how to remove the command for masters .restart, and add it for owners, so only owners may do .restart, is this right?

unbind dcc - restart *dcc:restart
bind dcc n|n restart *dcc:restart
