I'm wanting to change how a channel ban is added/used.

I'm wanting the ban "reason" to show the nick of the user adding the ban and then the reason.

Example: "NiteHawke (blah blah blah)"
Instead of: "blah blah blah"

Is this possible? If so can someone help me do this?
