For some reason my ops cannot set bans on the bots. It keeps giving the the error What? You need .HELP?

here is his .whois on the bot

HANDLE PASS NOTES FLAGS LAST
joe yes 0 op 14:27 (partyline)
#channel0 o never
#channel2 o never
HOSTS: *!ident@host.com
Saved Console Settings:
Channel: #channel2
Console flags: -, Strip flags: -, Echo: yes
Page setting: 0, Console channel: 0

I don't see anything wrong do you?

Your users must have local +m for the channel to sets bans in the partyline
