LoL'z Tools

I just installed LoL'z Tools for my bot today and was working but now when i msg my bot for help, it gives me the normal help instead of LoL help (the one which you msg your bot help ) if i use !aide it gives me the instructions for help but when i enter help its says no help available for that..can anyone help me? and also is it possible to remove the lol from all commands?
