I cant dcc my bot...it keeps saying no telnet port..

In the configuration file, you must uncomment the line

All standard eggdrop commands are explained well enough in the Command Reference of this very site, and excellent help menus most likely reside within your very own eggdrop (maybe give .help all a try, it's worth a shot).
