errrmm the channel you originally posted the problems with is set as inactive.

Thats why its not working in that channel.

Change that and it should be fine on those channels again.

As far as the "nonexistant user" thing is concerned, this is simply when a mode change is done for a user that is not in the bots userlist.

Ok, please give more details.

What version of eggdrop are you using?

What version of Xtools are you using?

Have you defined the bot in its own userlist? (read the top of the script for info).

Please paste up ".status all" from your bot.

What server is your bot running on?

Simply adding those two lines into your config file isnt enough. You have to recompile the bot using the IRCX patch as well as adding those two lines of code.

Please Note: The IRCX patch (including Xtools.tcl) is only currently available for Eggdrop 1.3.21, Eggdrop 1.3.23, Eggdrop 1.5.4.

I keep meaning to start work on a newer version, but time (as always) is a big enemy especially at this time of year.

By the way, the site ppslim is trying to tell you to go to (my site) is actually http://www.eggdropsrus.co.uk and not eggdropsareus.co.uk as he said. (but thanx for the thought ppslim

If you need any help with IRCx stuff contact me either on here or by email and I will happily do what I can to help, but be sure to note my comments above.

Xtools is the ONLY fully compatible IRCx mod for Eggdrop and will ONLY work on the 3 versions mentioned above. (Believe me I've tried)
