Well, if it removes from his banslist then check if you don't have an script that is designed to kick that user for doing a certain bad thing like bad nick, ident, realname, clone or something?

ok so i try this .-ban 15, and the bot remove it , but when the user join the channel, this bot put the ban again

It's +ban not -ban.. duh! See ".help +ban" on dcc chat/telnet with the eggdrop.

Caesar, perhaps you should try to read the first 4 words of his post, "how do i remove"...

how do i remove a permanement ban?, i try this: .-ban 1 or 2 depend of the number, but when the user join the channel the bot put the ban again, sombe body how change this?? or what's wrong??
