I was modifying the 'eggdrop.conf' and executing '.rehash ' but the alterations were not being repassed, still remained what it was in 'channel.chan', after I to remove this archive functioned correctly.

Also I found an interesting procedure for channels that are not in eggdrop.conf in:

Check the net-type in the .conf file if still applies for this new irc server. Also, to match an channel ban agains bot's host use $botname variable when comparing it (something like "if {[string match -nocase $ban $::botname]} { # do your stuff }").

need-unban problem

hi,

i have a problem with need-unban, my bot isn't returning to the channel after a ban, and i don't see any kind of message from server in the partyline. My procedure was ok, and after a server modification in the IRCd this problem born.

How the bot identificate the ban? How it have to do?
