Set your net-type in the conf file propertly according to the networck irc server (version.. or whatever..).

try .chanset # -inactive
That should work

you probably have +inactive on your global defaults... read .help chaninfo & .help chanset

I've added in conf file, so bot joins channel...but he is not join'ing any channels? why that? and
when i .+chan #channel , the bot never joins it?? why that?
