having a problem with subop.tcl

it just wont work it works for m but wont work for none of the other users it wont work for other ops or voices the bot wont even pick it up when some one does /msg DaRkOmEn subop

even if i got them to do it like this /msg DaRkOmEn subop <#channel>

so any help would be great
