what i want is a tcl that deop and or devoice users known to the bot after a givin time ( 10 minutes) if they are not in the partyline

meaning that to be op or voice in the channel you must be in the partyline first

hope it is better explain :)

do you think it is possible to do ? or it will be a waste of time trying ?

Ok...how about using dcc commands to op/voice then?
if when they join the channel and take op or voice but they dont enter the partyline after x minutes the bot deop/devoice the users and notice them to join the partyline before they can op/voice themselves again
That's not what you asked for first. Now you'll have to start a timer when ever someone not on the partyline gets oped/voiced.
