a bnc does not take your scripts along, your user lists, ban lists, etc. psybnc tries to take a ban list along but it is incredibly buggy. I tried kungf00's bounce.tcl but it doesnt allow you to bounce through the bot's existing connection, atleast i could not get it to let me.

I was wondering if a module is available that allows connections from irc clients? the idea being that from any irc client i could connect up to my eggdrop and have all the channel windows open up. Also if i wanted to send or receive messages windows would open up for them as well. I plan on learning c (know java now) so if something like this doesnt exist i will probly give this a go. Doesnt seem like it would be too complicated. let me know what you think.

There is no module what does that. Don't know if it is possible.
Why not just run a BNC ?
