After linking bots the upen UDP ports, why?

NOpe, I've checked that allready. Any other ideas?

Hi,

I have two eggdrop bots which I tried to link to each other. Before I link them the both listen to the supplied telnet ports which I have provided. After they have linked, I can see that they both open a UDP port (port number is not fixed) which is listed bei netstat.
Does anybody has an idea what the heck is going on there?
