Yeah, but as i said, if i use pushmode instead of newchanban, i cant create timed bans, unless i use timers or something....

IMHO, it should be sufficient to .netchanset #chan -enforcebans , and pushmode +b , maybe I'm wrong..

Is there a way to put a newchanban on a user, applying mode +b, but NOT kicking the user from a channel?

I could use pushmode, but that would make it a lot harder to tempban...

Isnt there a config variable or something? I already looked at enforce-bans, and its set to 0.
