no, thats not quite what i am looking for. i saw somthing on another post, where part of a survey script was displayed as a example. and was more or less what i am looking for. what i really want is a script that can act as a application like to apply to a group. (hope i'm making sense). it would have to triggered and upon activation it would pvt msg the user questions or statements like: input your nick, email address, an so forth. at the same time creating a file and writing the user answers in the file. an when the user completes the "Application" the script sends that file to script host via email.....

does such a thing exist??

(sorry for being long winded and possibly redundent, just trying to give good detail of what i'm looking for )

i need a script that asks questions and allows users to input their own answers and writes them to file. and then sends that file via email to a specified address..
