I think all your questions could be solved easily if you just explored slennox command reference, or just typed .help chaninfo, but here goes.
Bitch only allow users with the +o flag to be ops on the channel

revenge take revenge on anyone who deops or kicks friends or ops

revengebot take revenge on anyone who deops or kicks the bot

If your nick is Commandor on the bot, type .whois Commandor and let us see what flags you have set for yourself. The +d flag tells the bot to never allow this person to op. Do you have +d? Also might be a good idea to show us your default channel settings from .chaninfo.

And i have an other Problem

I just deopped "her" and i have all needed modes (owner, master...) but she deop me

Hi!

Ok Francesca is now known as Fee

But when they in one channel and one Bot is op, they op not together! I dont know why, i readded the bot and tried other modes, but it dont works.

And one last question

How to make mass-things?

Like mass-say – mass-join (so i dont need to connect to every Bot to say .+chan …) Or mass-query.

Is his possible?

Since your bots nick is longer than 9 characters, it cuts the rest of the nick off. So ^Francesca^ is known as ^Francesc to ^Jenny^. Next time you are unsure, try to use the .match command, such as .match ^Fran*, and ^Jenny^ would have matched it up for you. I also noticed the port number for ^Jenny^ and ^Francesca^ were 1 number apart. Maybe you were just using those numbers as an example, but if those are tru port numbers, it would be wise to space them at least 10 apart, although I choose random numbers, seems to work for me.
PS My two cents on the +a flag...no hostmask is so secure it couldn't be duplicated. Nuff said.

you really shouldn;t use autoops for anything.. espically bots.. there are many scripts to handle botnet opping.. use one!!

Agreed. Auto opping your bots sucks. It's very insecure
