New options to disable avatar and signature display

I've installed a feature which adds two new options for users: "Show Avatars in Topic" and "Show Signatures in Topic". You can set them in the Profile page.

Please let me know if you experience any problems, particularly if you've selected a board style other than subGreen. In the Profile page, there are slight cosmetic differences with these options when using the Chronicles, Icicle, and phpVB2 board styles, but that seems to be the only problem.

Oh, and as a matter of pure self indulgence, I added my favourite smiley "Mr Green" to the available emoticons
