well, the community news ... every time a reply is posted to a certain topic, that topic comes on top again. This tcl only posts the topics that are "new" in the top8. That can be a new topic, or an old topic that disappeared from the top8 and came back. However, a topic that stays in the top8 will only be messaged once to the channel.

i tried loading this..and it sorta works but it doesn't always post the new stuff...like just now it posted this:

No need for CAPS, that way nobody will try to help you. Since the problem is that the website has changed, why dont you try to replace the old site in the script with the new one ?

Hmz, I made something like that a couple of weeks ago:
http://mortician.zapto.org:8080/scripts/gotfrag.tcl

I don't use it myself and I don't know if it works well, it will check the site every 10 minutes and post it to the chans that have chanset +gotfrag

If you tested it and it works, let me know .. then I'll mail slennox to add it to the Tcl Archive
