yes when u download eggdrop u have that stat.conf .. add it to config and u'll have !top10 !ttop10 and others

I am looking for a bot which will run on an irc channel and will respond to peoples queries, eg -
If someone typed !top10 The bot would reply with the top 10 talkers in the #.
I am not looking for one that will upload stuff to a website, anyone know if one of these exists?
