You were right, that was what I was overlooking.  Thanks a lot.  I usually leave that line commented out, but I re-did all the configs and left it defined. Hi shadough,<br><br>See My Post: Bot Flag Issues<br><br>I had the same problem and it turned out that it was set to ignore the o flag in the config file.<br><br>look for: set private-globals "mnot" in the config file and remove the o this has worked perfectly for me and all my bots are now able to op each other. I know I've had this problem in the past but its been quite a few years I'm guessing since I had to solve it and I've forgotten.  My leaf bots are deleting the +o for all bots in their userlists, most likely during userfile shareing.
