Thats what I thought at first..So heres what I did..

I removed the nick from nickserv, I killed the bots...SO now its just me...

I disabled invite via chanserv....

Still no go..I kicked/bannned another aol user no prob....

This is the only channel he can do this on..If he joins another channel he cant get back in.

He has no chanserv access...No way to invite himself back on...
as its just me and I aint protecting him...

and also once the channel is set +i he cant get back in..

Weird stuff...lol

Could it be that the guy could somehow invite himself into the channel via a bot or service? If so a invite overrides a ban.

Bans are not dynamic and the ban is not lifted..How is this person rejoining the room when the ban is in place...As you can see its a aol ban and his ip does not change.He has no op or access to chanserv..The ban is not lifted or I would see it...

ANy ideas?
