If you have numerous shells, it is always a good idea to have shells from different uplinks. Having a shell in the USA, in Canada, and in Europe, will prevent you from experiencing total downtime.

Any shell provider related questions should be asked to the adminastrators of that shell, or simply find their help channel.
Statistics: Posted by j0n — Thu Aug 28, 2003 12:40 am

I want to know if it's a good idea to get shells outside of the USA? Most of them seem to be in Europe. What's a good shell in the US?

I signed up with www.infra-services.com Does anyone know where they are located so I can find out which efnet servers are the closest to them. Also, how do I use their vhosts? They give out 2 free vhosts as part of the standard package. I have no idea how to do it. Thanks.

Cheers
Statistics: Posted by Bytez — Tue Aug 26, 2003 7:02 pm
