I'm behind a NAT router, didn't forward any ports for irc.  The other person trying to connect is also behind a NAT router WITH ports forward for irc.  It says unable to connect if he uses the /ctcp command but if he right clicks my name, DCC, then Chat.. it works fine.  Funny how the latter works, shouldn't the /ctcp work since he is initiating the connection and has the right ports forwarded.
