It's implied that there was a previous behaviour where +jt was not enforced with +m. I don't think this is correct, at least if you go back as far as 1.3.22 (not sure about before that).

A patch to 'unforce' these flags from +m was submitted by ITE mid last year, but it was not implemented because of some anal retentives who didn't like the idea

I liked the ability to differentiate the botnet commands from the master commands. Any reason why this was done?

This is part of eggdrop.

If the user has the +m flag, then they have enough permissions to be +jtx.

This can't be changed.

Hi I'm in new experience with bot.
When I add +m flag to a user with the .chattr cmd bot give also +jtx
flag to that user and .chattr -jtx doesen't work. How can I solve this annoing stuff?
