Rather than using "/dcc chat " use "/ctcp CHAT"

This may solve that problem.

Otherwise, look for message command script in the Tcl archive. Many don't provide all the features of the partyline, but some do.

Does anyone know of any plugins that allow you to run console commands from a /msg command. I need this because i am running bncs from the same box as my eggdrop and it doesn't let me dcc chat with the bot.
