the bot is opered (sees connection notices)
the bot has mode +w (checking with .console +r, then using .tcl putquick "MODE mybotnick", bot gets back :myserver.blah.com 221 mybotnick +acinouw)

but, using .console +r, I get no wallops...log for w is empty...binds to wall get nothing...binds to raw with WALLOPS as match get nothing...

Any clues?
